Randstad 20 nuovi IFTS con assunzioni: opportunità nei corsi Istruzione e Formazione Tecnica Superiore per 300 giovani apprendisti. Progetti di dieci mesi di formazione e lavoro con contratto di apprendistato per diplomati di 18 – 25 anni non compiuti.
Cresce la richiesta delle aziende di profili tecnici specializzati, così come la difficoltà nel reperirli. Randstad, la talent company leader mondiale, ha aumentato la sua offerta di percorsi IFTS, progetti di istruzione e formazione tecnica superiore di 10 mesi realizzati in collaborazione con le aziende che offrono, fin dal primo giorno, un contratto di apprendistato a giovani tra i 18 – 25 anni non compiuti in possesso di diploma professionale IeFP o di istruzione secondaria superiore.
Sono 20, in diversi campi, i percorsi IFTS promossi da Randstad per il 2024/2025, per circa 300 giovani da inserire in 65 aziende di tutta Italia. Nell’edizione precedente, 2023/2024, erano stati avviati 5 percorsi che hanno già portato all’assunzione di 50 apprendisti, a cui si sommeranno 30 nuovi ingressi in azienda nel mese di ottobre.
Gli IFTS sono percorsi di durata dai 6 mesi ad un anno per tecnici specializzati, in cui già in fase iniziale gli allievi sottoscrivono un contratto di apprendistato di primo livello, che prevede ore di lavoro e formazione in aula e in azienda.
Terminato il programma, i partecipanti ottengono un Certificato di Specializzazione Tecnica Superiore di 4º livello EQF, rilasciato da una commissione regionale con verifica finale scritta, pratica e orale.
Tra gli IFTS Randstad in partenza da settembre 2024 troviamo: tecnici della manutenzione meccanica ed elettrica, tecnici delle lavorazioni meccaniche 4.0 cnc, tecnici di installazione e manutenzione di veicoli ibridi, tecnici per la realizzazione artigianale del calzaturiero made in Italy, tecnici di installazione di impianti civili ed industriali in reparto frigoria. Si aggiungono a questi, due percorsi IFTS ordinamentali: tecnici di industrializzazione del prodotto e del processo specializzato in materiali compositi e tecnici impianti agroalimentari. Le regioni interessate dagli inserimenti saranno Lombardia, Veneto, Piemonte, Emilia-Romagna e Marche.

Gli IFTS permettono di ottenere un Certificato di Specializzazione Tecnica Superiore riferibile al IV livello del Quadro Europeo delle Qualifiche (EQF).
