Pericoli più temuti per sicurezza aziende: furti interni e ammanchi inventariali, infedeltà del personale, concorrenza sleale.
Oggi però, a fronte di un contesto sempre più globale, competitivo e digitalizzato, a questa “top 3” dei servizi investigativi più richiesti, si aggiungono, al quarto posto, le verifiche preliminari (sul personale da assumere, sui futuri fornitori, sui potenziali partner) e, al quinto, la protezione dai rischi informatici o Cyber security.
Sono queste le 5 aree di intervento più richieste secondo l’esperienza di Excursus Group, società italiana che offre soluzioni di Business Intelligence e ha come missione la tutela della sicurezza aziendale a 360 gradi.
Sicuramente, con l’attuale spinta alla digitalizzazione unita alla crescita del lavoro in remoto, il servizio di Cyber security è destinato a scalare in fretta la classifica dei Top 5. I dati ISTAT infatti confermano che la Cyber security preoccupa il 45,1% delle imprese più grandi, che per difendersi hanno stipulato un’assicurazione contro gli incidenti informatici (report 2023).
La digitalizzazione porta con sé grandi benefici, tuttavia espone maggiormente le aziende al rischio di attacchi informatici. Solo nel corso del 2023, ad esempio, si sono registrati in Italia più di 2200 tra attacchi e incidenti informatici che hanno colpito soprattutto PA e Finanza (report Exprivia). Un dato da non sottovalutare se confrontato con quello del 2020, quando la cifra era di appena 450.

Tornando al quarto servizio, la verifica di informazioni, ciò che spinge le aziende a richiedere l’intervento non è solo la tutela della sicurezza come in passato, ma anche la necessità di proteggere la reputazione, un valore prezioso e intangibile, connesso ai comportamenti dell’azienda in quanto comunità di persone.
Per questo il servizio di verifica delle informazioni sta diventando sempre più strategico. «I nostri specialisti sono chiamati a verificare, ad esempio, la veridicità delle informazioni fornite dai fornitori (a garanzia della filiera e dei requisiti necessari per le certificazioni o la soddisfazione dei criteri ESG) o la condotta di nuovi manager, figure apicali da assumere, soci».

Paracadutista della Folgore e poi nel IX Reggimento d’assalto “COL MOSCHIN” (Forze Speciali), si congeda nel 2012 a seguito di un infortunio. Consegue la laurea in Giurisprudenza d’impresa presso l’università di Benevento, si specializza in materia forense e ottiene la licenza governativa di investigatore privato titolare. Nel 2017 fonda l’azienda Excursus Group. È referente per l’ambito privato di Federpol, la Federazione Italiana Istituti di Investigazioni Informazioni e Sicurezza.
