Payments III edizione organizzato da IKN Italy. “Buy Now Pay Later: soluzione o effetto boomerang contro inflazione e crisi energetica” sarà il focus dell’appuntamento.
IKN Italy annuncia la terza edizione di Payments, l’unico evento in Italia che offre una visione internazionale e concreta sui sistemi di pagamento e che risponde alle domande dei professionisti sui dubbi applicativi, attraverso la presentazione di insights, Case History aziendali e soluzioni FinTech.
In programma il prossimo 22 febbraio a Milano, l’appuntamento rappresenta il risultato di un’esperienza di oltre trent’anni nella trattazione del tema nei settori Utility, Retail & Fast Moving Consumer Good e Insurance.
I lavori prenderanno il via con la Sessione Plenaria che fornirà un outlook sui principali trend del mondo dei pagamenti a partire da un’analisi sulle abitudini e i metodi di pagamento preferiti dai clienti europei per poi fornire un focus sull’evoluzione dei trend dei customer italiani negli ultimi due anni, per fornire una fotografia generale del periodo di massimo sviluppo dell’e-commerce.
Tra gli argomenti trattati durante il dibattito, i relatori si confronteranno sulle nuove strategie aziendali nell’adozione dei nuovi pagamenti digitali, volti anche a sciogliere le riserve dei consumatori, e sull’evoluzione della regolamentazione UE, dalla revisione del regolamento eIDAS alle novità della PSD3.
Una Tavola Rotonda sarà dedicata all’evoluzione del Buy Now Pay Later e sulle potenzialità di questo strumento a fronte di inflazione e crisi energetica. La Plenaria si concluderà con un focus su Privacy e Security, per fornire consigli su come proteggere clienti e aziende dalla proliferazione delle minacce nell’ecosistema digitale.
Nel pomeriggio si svolgeranno due track tematici, dedicati rispettivamente ai settori Utility e Retail
In particolare, lato Utility, in occasione dell’appuntamento, il dibattito analizzerà l’impatto della capacità di spesa dei clienti per massimizzare le scelte di investimento nell’offerta di soluzioni di pagamento digitali e fornirà testimonianze su come sfruttare le potenzialità della domotica per ridurre consumi e costi a fronte della crisi energetica.
Sarà, inoltre, un’occasione per approfondire come i servizi Buy Now Pay Later hanno cambiato il rapporto con i customer e conoscere le strategie per garantirsi liquidità a fronte delle rateizzazioni, oltre ad individuare i Gateway di pagamento più innovativi nell’agevolare la dinamica di pagamento per migliorare la customer journey.
La Sessione Retail andrà ad analizzare le strategie di investimento dei grandi Retailer per trovare il punto di equilibrio tra l’aumento dell’offerta di pagamenti digitali nel medio periodo e l’eliminazione delle barriere di cassa a lungo termine.
Sarà un’opportunità per conoscere gli strumenti innovativi volti a ridurre i costi di implementazione e ad armonizzare l’offerta dei pagamenti tra shop fisico e digitale.
Fornirà inoltre strumenti per individuare le soluzioni innovative per rendere il pagamento sicuro e frictionless e consigli per sfruttare il social commerce per accrescere la customer loyalty e spingere l’adozione di pagamenti digitali.
