Intelligenza artificiale competenze e skills richiesti da qui al 2030 non sono ancora stati creati, secondo il 71% delle aziende italiane.
Questo quanto emerge dalla ricerca Dell Technologies Innovation Catalyst – che ha analizzato l’approccio all’innovazione di un campione significativo di aziende in 40 Paesi del mondo (panel composto da 6.600 responsabili IT e decisori di business in 40 Paesi)- presentata durante Comolake 2024, la conferenza internazionale attualmente in corso presso il Centro Internazionale Esposizione e Congressi di Villa Erba a Cernobbio.
L’IA generativa (GenAI) e l’IA stanno già trasformando interi settori industriali e continueranno a rivoluzionare il mondo del lavoro nei prossimi anni.
L’innovazione sta procedendo a ritmi così rapidi che il 40% delle aziende italiane intervistate ha dichiarato di non sapere come evolverà il proprio settore nei prossimi 3-5 anni.
Complessivamente, le aziende italiane mostrano segnali importanti di fiducia nei confronti dell’IA: credono in una partnership ancora più stretta tra uomo e macchina nel corso dei prossimi cinque anni (82%) e sono convinti che le macchine non rimpiazzeranno l’essere umano, bensì ne aumenteranno potenziale e capacità (82%).
Non mancano, tuttavia, alcuni aspetti critici sottolineati dal panel che ha partecipato allo studio
Per il 66%, per esempio, l’IA generativa aumenterà il digital divide, mentre per quasi il 60% c’è una mancanza di risorse di talento necessarie per mantenere il passo dell’innovazione nel settore in cui operano.
Focus anche sulla gestione di sistema del percorso digitale, con ben oltre l’80% del panel che considera necessarie delle normative per massimizzare il potenziale dell’IA per le generazioni a venire, e il 58% che ritiene che la concentrazione della potenza dell’IA in un numero troppo limitato di soggetti creerà sfide competitive e squilibri di mercato.
“La l’IA rappresenta un vero e proprio punto di svolta che sta già avendo un impatto significativo sulla competitività di una grossa fetta del tessuto imprenditoriale italiano, portando cambiamenti positivi, innovazione, migliorando l’esperienza del cliente e abilitando nuovi modi di lavorare”, ha dichiarato Filippo Ligresti, VP&MD di Dell Technologies Italia. “Con una tecnologia così dirompente, sarà ancora più cruciale il tema della formazione e del re-skilling a livello nazionale: dobbiamo lavorare di sistema affinché gli attuali lavoratori e i giovani talenti siano dotati degli strumenti e dei percorsi professionali giusti per continuare a fare la differenza in un mercato che, grazie alla tecnologia, nel futuro prossimo potrebbe evolversi di anno in anno a ritmi senza precedenti”.
