Impianti micro-liquefazione per biometano. Cresce la leadership di Ecospray nel settore della liquefazione del biometano. L’azienda italiana, specializzata nello sviluppo di soluzioni innovative per la produzione di biocarburanti grazie ai suoi sistemi di micro-liquefazione, ha siglato nuovi accordi con il Gruppo Ruhe – Green Line Liquid Anlagenbau per la realizzazione di otto nuovi impianti, in Europa, dedicati alla produzione e alla micro-liquefazione del biometano (bio-GNL) da liquami e scarti agricoli.
La consegna dei nuovi impianti è in programma a partire dall’ultimo trimestre del 2023. La produzione complessiva prevista è di 60 tonnellate di bio-GNL al giorno. Il biometano liquefatto, ad uso autotrazione, permetterà di evitare l’emissione di 168.000 tonnellate di CO2eq all’anno.
I nuovi progetti consolidano la partnership tra Ecospray e Ruhe che, grazie agli accordi firmati nel 2021 e 2022, collaborano già su diversi impianti per la liquefazione del biometano e della CO2. Il primo degli impianti è stato installato ed è operativo a Darchau, Bassa Sassonia.
“Dopo un lungo periodo di sperimentazione e ricerca, Ecospray ha sviluppato una tecnologia di liquefazione ottimizzata che ci permette di lavorare con i migliori risultati nei settori del metano, del biometano e della CO2” ha dichiarato Alberto Di Cecio, Direttore Generale di Ecospray. “Con soddisfazione guardiamo al mercato della transizione energetica e della liquefazione. Rispetto a questo comparto, attualmente, abbiamo più di 20 impianti in costruzione, la cui messa in opera è prevista tra il 2023 e il 2024. Il valore complessivo di queste commesse è di circa 90 milioni di euro. Gli impianti saranno consegnati in Italia, in Europa e negli Stati Uniti; ciò testimonia la rapida crescita del mercato in tutto il mondo. Ci impegniamo a fornire le migliori soluzioni per consentire, ad un’ampia gamma di settori, di diventare protagonisti del cambiamento verso un’economia globale a impatto zero”.
Il valore aggiunto della versatilità degli impianti Ecospray
Ecospray è tra i primi operatori ad aver avvicinato il mercato del bio-GNL, con una forte attenzione alla produzione distribuita su micro-scala. Nella filiera del bio-GNL, la Società offre soluzioni trasversali che vanno da Pre-treatment fino alla Liquefazione passando per l’Upgrading.
In particolare, gli impianti di micro-liquefazione Ecospray sono caratterizzati dalla versatilità, infatti, possono essere utilizzati con ogni tipo di sistema di upgrading di nuova generazione e non (ad esempio: VPSA-Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption, separazione a membrana, assorbimento chimico).
Biometano: motore della transizione ecologica
Il biometano è l’unica soluzione ready to use, completamente carbon-neutral, presente oggi sul mercato. Nella sua versione liquida, bio-GNL, può essere impiegato per il trasporto pesante e l’industria marittima. Ricompere un ruolo fondamentale in ottica di transizione ecologica e rappresenta un possibile driver di crescita economica per un Paese.
L’apertura a interessanti mercati europei conferma l’intuizione di Ecospray nel considerare il bio-GNL come una risorsa “transnazionale”, facilmente trasportabile e commercializzabile oltre confine.
