Ecosistema rinnovabili a Italian Renewables Summit. Mancano pochi giorni a Italian Renewables Summit, l’unico evento che riunisce tutti gli Stakeholder dell’intero Ecosistema delle Rinnovabili in Italia: Utility, Piattaforme di sviluppo, Investitori e Finanziatori, Technology provider e attori istituzionali.
Giunto alla seconda edizione, l’evento, organizzato da IKN Italy, rappresenta un’opportunità per i “key industry stakeholder” di confrontarsi sulle azioni ancora necessarie affinché la produzione di Energia Rinnovabile diventi uno dei fattori chiave per ridurre la dipendenza dal gas e traghettare l’Italia verso l’indipendenza energetica.
Il 29 e il 30 marzo
Il primo giorno 29 marzo in live streaming, il secondo il 30 marzo a Milano al Citylife | NH Collection – l’intero ecosistema delle Rinnovabili sarà rappresentato all’appuntamento che si aprirà con un focus sui meccanismi, le strategie e gli investimenti per accelerare la crescita del settore nel mix energetico del Paese.
Grazie alla presenza di Kadri Simson, DG Energia della Commissione Europea, l’evento partirà da un’analisi dello scenario a livello internazionale – che tratterà in particolare dello stato dei cambiamenti attesi nelle strategie e nella legislazione europea per rilanciare la crescita delle rinnovabili – per poi soffermarsi sull’Italian Outlook, con l’intervento di Paola Brambilla, Coordinatore Commissione VIA – MASE che tratterà dell’approccio delle Istituzioni tra valutazioni e autorizzazioni.
Lo speech approfondirà la misura in cui il coordinamento e il confronto tra Pubbliche Amministrazioni sta abilitando un approccio sinergico di valutazioni e autorizzazioni; il Permitting, in particolare come è cambiata la Valutazione di Impatto Ambientale diventando un rilevante snodo preventivo che consente di accelerare il processo autorizzativo; quali sono i vantaggi per gli stakeholder industriali.
Anche ARERA, con la presenza di Andrea Galliani, Vice Direttore Direzione Mercati all’ingrosso e Sostenibilità Ambientale, porterà il suo contributo con un focus sulla visione del Regolatore su come l’Italia potrà aggiungere gli obiettivi al 2030.
L’Infrastructure Outlook sarà affrontato da TERNA che tratterà di “Rinnovabili ed elettrificazione: in che misura la rete è e sarà sempre più il fattore abilitante per la diffusione delle fonti rinnovabili”.
Il confronto fra l’intero Ecosistema è il tema trainante della seconda giornata di lavori: agli interventi che trattano di scenario, permitting ed extra profitti seguiranno 6 Tavoli Interattivi che tratteranno delle sfide nello sviluppo di Progetti Rinnovabili oggi in Italia, con i seguenti focus:
– Gli effetti delle misure di governo per stimolare il mercato | Quali le opportunità e quali gli ostacoli, le sfide
– Il muro della burocrazia del permitting
– Come evolvono gli scenari di investimento al modificarsi delle condizioni economiche a contorno
– Le nuove frontiere del solare e dell’eolico
– La Supply Chain delle Rinnovabili e come gli Stakeholder possono gestire il tema complesso che ruota intorno alla costruzione degli impianti
– Le opportunità che l’idrogeno apre all’intero eco-sistema per lo sviluppo della produzione da Rinnovabili
Al termine il Panel Discussion, con un dibattito tra i Facilitatori sugli spunti più significativi emersi ai rispettivi Tavoli.
