BTC annuncia il programma education. BTC, la fiera italiana degli eventi, in programma presso la Fortezza da Basso di Firenze l’11-12 novembre, annuncia il primo elenco del programma Education. La lista, per ora parziale comprendendo solo 13 delle oltre 20 sessioni in programma, attesta una straordinaria ricchezza di temi, capaci di spaziare fra argomenti di interesse professionale per la domanda come per l’offerta. Così il programma di BTC si conferma unico nel suo genere per la meeting industry in Italia, sia per la trasversalità dei temi (che riflette la tipicità di una filiera attigua a molti comparti, dal turismo alla comunicazione, dal marketing ai business skill), sia per la sua disponibilità gratuita.
Economia e diritto
Cominciamo dal Bitcoin, la moneta virtuale, che Alex Kornfeind, docente ed esperto di comunicazione e web, gestione dell’ebusiness, branding e personal reputation, presenterà come nuova opportunità nell’organizzazione di eventi. Sempre in ambito economico, Stefania Trallori, senior director CWT Meetings & Events Italia illustrerà il CWT Travel Price Forecast 2015 nonché, in anteprima per l’Italia, il nuovo approfondimento sul settore Meetings & Events: due indagini condotte annualmente a livello globale sui trend di costo di aerei, trasporti via terra, alberghi e location.
Monica Gobbato invece, avvocato, docente, autrice di diritto digitale e della privacy, spiegherà la corretta gestione del web marketing dal punto di vista legale: cosa dice la giurisprudenza su social media, email, recensioni e diritto all’oblio.
Metodologie
Armando Travaglini, consulente e formatore di web marketing turistico, presenterà, rivolgendosi in primo luogo agli albergatori, le 10 strategie per superare le aspettative degli ospiti grazie al WOW-Effect. Fabio Lazzarini, marketing director di Cribis DB, parlerà del Lead management, che consente alle aziende di costruire relazioni e chiudere contratti grazie a una migliore conoscenza del cliente e del prospect. Ferdinando Cocucci, CEO di Brainwaves, affronterà il tema delle nuove tecniche di mash up per abbattere il muro fra chi parla e chi ascolta, lavorando sull’organizzazione dei contenuti in mappe logiche e sull’evocazione. Giorgio Beltrami, docente all’Università di Milano Bicocca, illustrerà il LEGO Serious Play, nato negli anni ‘90 in Danimarca presso LEGO come metodo aziendale per facilitare i processi decisionali, e poi codificato in una metodologia utilizzata in tutto il mondo. Rob Davidson, docente di event management presso l’Università di Greenwich, spiegherà l’innovazione nelle sedi per eventi: i nuovi trend di mercato e le tecniche di marketing e vendita per cavalcarli. A Roberta Pinzauti, managing director di Te.D.-Teatro d’Impresa, il compito infine di introdurre al Public speaking, l’arte di parlare in pubblico.
Tecnologia e green
Domenico Palladino, web marketing consultant, terrà un seminario sulla Mobile first strategy, cioè su come ottimizzare gli eventi per tablet e smartphone. Molto attuale la sessione di Emanuele Vitali, sales & marketing director East Media, che illustrerà l’approccio cross-culturale per comunicare in Cina e Russia sfruttando i motori di ricerca e i social network locali (gli utenti cinesi e russi non usano Google né i social network occidentali).
Sull’ecosostenibilità infine, segnaliamo L’evento sostenibile secondo la ISO 20121: non solo un evento green ma un investimento per il futuro, a cura di Paolo Gianoglio, direttore di ICIM, ente di certificazione indipendente.
Expo
Last but not least, la sessione proposta dal portale Italia Convention, dal titolo Nell’anno di Expo: le opportunità per eventi e destinazioni lontani da Milano. Moderate da Marco Sorrentino, partner e direttore editoriale di Italia Convention, Carla Solari, pure partner di Italia Convention, Barbara Scorza, director of business developement di Fonteverde Collection, e Stefania Mangano, responsabile del progetto Expo Confindustria Brescia, proporranno idee, testimonianze e suggerimenti, rivolti a organizzatori di eventi, istituzioni, DMC e gestori di sedi, per trarre vantaggio dal più grande evento dell’anno.

Ecco i nuovi espositori.
Numerosi nuovi espositori arricchiscono BTC 2014 della loro presenza. Cominciamo con la Svizzera, che non è nuova alla fiera ma che quest’anno raddoppia la propria partecipazione grazie agli sforzi di Ticino Turismo, con quattro nuovi espositori: l’albergo Astoria Betriebs di Lucerna, l’Hotel Seepark e Interlaken Congress & Events (entrambi di Interlaken) e il Lugano Convention Bureau. «BTC sta diventando molto internazionale», commenta Alessia Alberti, Product manager meetings di Ticino Turismo, «e ciò ovviamente è positivo, anche se noi l’abbiamo selezionata soprattutto per la sua capacità di penetrare il mercato italiano. Inoltre, rispetto ad altre fiere internazionali di settore permette agli espositori di contattare direttamente il buyer ex ante, così verificandone l’interesse. Per tutti questi motivi abbiamo deciso di aumentare l’investimento».
Tra gli altri nuovi espositori ci sono: il portale di prenotazione alberghiera HRS; la ditta di noleggio auto Pushstart, che gestisce i test drive di Maranello; la catena alberghiera Choice Hotels; gli alberghi Holiday Inn Rimini e il cinque stelle lusso Hotel Romeo di Napoli; e infine l’ente del turismo della Repubblica Dominicana.
BTC piattaforma di engagement multicanale: le opportunità di incontro con i buyer italiani e internazionali
Come ogni anno BTC offre agli espositori una molteplicità di canali di engagement con i buyer.
Ogni espositore può aggiungere valore alla propria presenza in fiera organizzando mini-eventi per farsi meglio conoscere e apprezzare dai prospect. Fatta salva, ovviamente, la discrezionalità d’utilizzo dello stand, all’interno del quale si possono vantaggiosamente organizzare cocktail, buffet, presentazioni prodotto ecc, gli espositori possono affittare una delle sale conferenze di Fortezza da Basso e ospitarvi una presentazione personalizzata, con eventuale cocktail o aperitivo annesso, così distinguendosi grazie al prestigio e all’esclusività del contesto.
È anche possibile ospitare un post-tour, per consentire ai buyer internazionali più interessanti di “provare sul campo” la destinazione, la location o il servizio. Un’occasione davvero unica per incrementare o consolidare l’awareness.
A oggi sono due i post-tour confermati: uno a Firenze, a cura del Firenze Convention Bureau, e uno, decisamente bello e particolare, presso il Villaggio Dynamo di Dynamo Academy, a Limestre in provincia di Pistoia, che ospita programmi di terapia ricreativa dedicati a ragazzi malati e ha un’importante struttura per meeting.
