Lo stabilimento di Opera del Gruppo Argos ST ha contribuito positivamente a un progetto di lavorazione di travi per macchine di misura a coordinate, ossia attrezzi che permettono di misurare le coordinate di oggetti fisici. Argos Opera, infatti, specializzata nel trattamento di anodizzazione, ha dato prova dell’utilità di effettuare l’anodizzazione dura sulle travi che sostengono tali macchinari.
L’applicazione dell’anodizzazione dura alle travi per macchine di misura a coordinate
Le macchine di misura a coordinate esigono il rispetto di alti standard qualitativi e di precisione: infatti, anche nel caso di piccole macchie o di segni, può accadere che l’accuratezza dei risultati venga compromessa. Per questo motivo, anche le travi utilizzate per supportare questi macchinari devono risultare idonee a determinati criteri e ciò impone una cura particolare nella scelta del trattamento superficiale più adeguato.
Il processo di anodizzazione dura effettuata dal Gruppo Argos ST è risultato la soluzione più adatta alla lavorazione delle travi delle macchine di misura a coordinate. Queste travi, infatti, hanno una lunghezza minima di 3 metri e occupano un bagno intero durante il processo di anodizzazione: Argos ST, essendo in possesso di speciali attrezzature di montaggio e avendo messo a punto particolari procedure per lo spostamento delle travi, riesce a garantire uniformità e alta qualità in tutta la fase del trattamento, preservando così l’integrità strutturale e la precisione delle travi stesse.
I benefici del trattamento di anodizzazione dura
Le travi delle macchine di misura a coordinate vengono lavorate presso la sede di Opera del Gruppo Argos ST con l’anodizzazione dura, che, rispetto ad altre forme dello stesso trattamento, permette la creazione di uno strato di ossido di alluminio più spesso e più resistente che assicura loro una protezione certa.
Inoltre, dopo essere state anodizzate, le travi vengono sottoposte a un processo di ossidazione dura: questo particolare trattamento conferisce loro un’alta resistenza all’usura, oltre che proprietà anticorrosive, che le rende resilienti anche in ambienti particolarmente critici.
Una resa funzionale, ma anche estetica
La resistenza alla corrosione ottenuta grazie al processo di anodizzazione rende le travi più affidabili e durature, riducendo notevolmente la necessità di manutenzione non pianificata e la sostituzione improvvisa dei particolari.
Se è vero che l’anodizzazione dura delle travi ne permette la protezione dalla corrosione e dall’usura, è poi vero che il trattamento consente loro anche di mantenere nel tempo l’aspetto estetico, garantendo un risultato completo, non meramente funzionale.
