The good dynamicity of the market was mainly ascribable to the office sector that confirmed to be the main investors’ target, and to the logistics that is gaining a growing share of the market hitting a new record high. Living, alternatives and healthcare are an integral part of investment strategies. Hospitality remains one of the most sought-after asset class. In terms of take-up, logistics reached a new record while office confirmed the positive trend.
