MICE Central and Eastern Europe Event for the promotion of the CEE region, which is a prospective goldmine for corporate travel and events, is set to take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest, Romania and will bring together an eclectic mix of the highest quality of buyers from 20 countries around the world and solution providers from the CEE region topped by an interesting and informative conference programme.
The event will kick-off with a Welcome Reception at the Lobby Bar of the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest and will be the first point of contact for all the participants.
Post – cocktails the entire group will be transported to the grandiose Bragadiru Palace, a monument constructed at the beginning of the 20th Century and comprises of the architectural styles of all the famous buildings in Bucharest. At this stunning location will be held a Gala Dinner hosted by the Rezidor Group, with lively entertainment and a sumptuous meal.
The event will showcase an illustrious panel of speakers, namely Ilan Geva of Ilan Geva & Friends (USA), Christopher Hinteregger, Kohl & Partner Hotel & Tourism Consulting, Austria and Mark Gray, SigmaPM, France.
They will touch upon topics like ‘The attractiveness of CEE as a MICE destination’, ‘Managing virtual teams’, ‘Developing and Sustaining Communities of Practice’, etc.
Day 2 of the conference will prove to be an action packed one, with a combination of one-to-one meetings and keynote sessions. This will be followed by a short night-time tour of Bucharest on the way to the Networking dinner hosted by Phoenicia Hotels and Resorts at the Grand Phoenicia Hotel. The evening will conclude with an After Party at ‘Le Diplomat Ballroom’ and the ‘Collonade’ hosted by the Athenée Palace Hilton Bucharest.
