Bett Sistemi to increase production flexibility: the leader in the market of components for automatic machines, has its headquarters in Correggio (RE) in the heart of the Italian “Packaging Valley”. Bett Sistemi exhibited in March at the fair MECSPE in Parma and at the fair MIAC in Lucca.
This year, the company will attend the MECSPE trade show exhibiting its major systems for format change, which offer great advantages to reduce time and material wastes during format change processes.

This system features an adjustment range from 40 to 140 mm. In terms of structure, shape and characteristics, it is an extremely convenient and inexpensive solution. The blade coupling clamps are built in the carriage, and the system comes equipped with plates for machine coupling. In addition, thanks to this system it is possible to have a fixed distance between track centres.
Format change with linked carriages.
This system features an adjustment range from 70 to 125 mm. It is an extremely safe system, since it has own guards and at the same time has a “neat” design. In addition to horizontal carriage sliding, this solution will allow you to choose, whenever desired, the position for the fixed carriage.
Together with these two major system types, the company has a wide range of positioners for format change, developed with the aim of offering customers special solutions, tailor-made for each production line.
